Nearly all standard bed frames can be converted to a comfort frame (internal height: upper edge of base plate to seat edge at least 17 cm, ITW plug-in profile at least 13 cm). That gives you a lot of possibilities in the design of your wellness area.

High lying comfort
with little maintenance
ITW Comfort Line sleeping systems are characterized by particularly high lying comfort, are easy to maintain, offer much more safety compared to conventional water core systems and make entry and exit much more comfortable. When installed in standard commercial beds, ITW ComfortLine water mattresses can protrude up to 4 cm for double beds and 7 cm for single beds from the bed frame.

Covers in Drell or Skai for
use in the wellness area
ITW Comfort Line Water mattresses are not to be surpassed in hygiene. The water core is easy to wipe and clean. Body moisture is absorbed by the quilting pad and evaporated by the ascending heat of the water core.
The ITW Drell-Cover is made of 100% cotton according to DIN 13013/14 (hospital and nursing area suitable). It is quilted with 350g/m2 of hypoallergenic respiratory-active fibers and a high-strength blended fabric. The quilting pad is therefore easily washable at 90°C.
Special Skai covers for permanent use
ITW wellness beds are protected by a clean, light, abrasion and tear-resistant skai fabric. They are disinfectant resistant and therefore easy to clean even under the most demanding conditions. The material is available in a wide range of colors and is particularly suitable for sunbeds in the wellness area.

COVERS IN DRELL OR SKAI

COVERS IN ITW DRELL
The ITW Drell-Cover is made of 100% cotton according to DIN 13013/14 (hospital and care area suitable). From 180 cm width the support is divided in the middle and supplied with a zipper. It is quilted with 350 g / m2 of hypoallergenic respiratory-active fibers and a boiling-resistant mixed fabric. The quilting pad is therefore easily washable at 90°C.
COMFORT-COVER
The ITW Comfort cover is a closed water core cover. The safety film sewn into the base has a 10 cm wide, circumferential flap at the upper edge. This prevents that twill residues can come between the mattress and the safety foil or, in the case of damage, water escapes unintentionally.
