In their efforts to offer new services to their guests, more and more hoteliers are turning to a core area of ​​every guest's stay: the hotel bed. Studies show that guests are particularly concerned about a comfortable bed and restful night rest during their stay. Many business travelers are afraid that lacking quality of the hotel bed can lead to reduced efficiency the next day. But also private travelers want to wake up refreshed and be fit for the activities of the next day. In other words, asleep guests assess the stay positively and come back gladly.

We have now taken these findings into account with the ‟sleeping à la carte” program for the hotel industry. In the center of our package ITW Leticia mattresses with different strengths, because only about half of the guests were satisfied with the hardness of their hotel mattress. Guests can now choose ‟à la Carte” from three different hardness levels, thus individually determining their bedding characteristics. The guest can always deposit his wish at the front desk quite uncomplicated. The next night he already spends in his favorite sleeping environment.

The effort for the hotel remains low, thanks to the specially developed ITW Topper, the entire mattress is not replaced, but only the part that is responsible for the lying effect. The exchange can be carried out by the room staff with no problems.

Not the "try-out" of all possibilities is in the foreground, but the offer of individual sleeping qualities from cuddly warm, to solid and cooling. If a guest wishes a tougher edition from the outset, he can deposit this request before his arrival. If during the stay, for example in the course of sporting activities, tensions occur among guests, they can be mitigated with a cuddly soft pad. In any case, your guests benefit from more convenience and flexibility.

 

Low investment with great vision 

The necessary investments remain manageable for hoteliers. We want to make “sleeping à la carte" program available to a wider public.

That is why we have developed a very attractive price model for the hotel industry: you get the sleeping systems at the wholesale price. In order to offer the guests the full program, a replacement topper must be calculated for about 10% of the existing beds.
